Bike bitches

It's becoming an increasingly common annual tradition for groups of friends to escape for an adventure in the great outdoors.

Six friends - including adaptive rider Tiff - call themselves "the bike bitches" and have embarked on numerous cycling trips.

The Bike Bitches' trips are more challenging for Tiff, who is in a wheelchair. She's ridden many different adaptive bikes since the group began their first cycling adventure eight years ago.

On their latest expedition Tiff rode her off-road bike called a Lasher that can go most places.

Showcasing incredible determination and resilience, read more about Tiff's experiences.
