We did the Remutaka incline as a family, from Maymorn up to the summit, camped the night then down and back to Featherston and caught the train back to Maymorn. So special to do with the kids before they get too old to want to go with mum and dad. The birdlife at the summit was beautiful and we had the campground to ourselves, which was one of the few places out of the strong Southerlies. Great work Greater Wellington Regional Council!
