There's nothing quite like The Old Ghost Road. If you are looking for a backcountry adventure, hand-built single track, comfortable huts and a unique story, point your handlebars to the West Coast. This is the kind of ride you daydream about when you should be working hard at the office or at home.

Give yourself three or four days to make the most of the ride. Respect to the people who conceived of this route, and hats off to the diggers who shaped the trail up through the bush, along the tops, through the Boneyard, and diving back down to the Mokihinui River valley. I can't wait to ride it again.
