Outdoor Adventure Show Prize 2024 T&Cs

1. The prize is a cycling holiday for two, organised by Ngā Haerenga New Zealand Cycle Trails Inc and Air New Zealand.  
2. Minimum entry age; must be 18 years of age and over to enter.   
3. For persons under 18 years of age, a parent/guardian must enter on their behalf.
4. Maximum number of entries;  the winner must present a copy of ticket purchased online through the official event website.  One ticket, one entry. 
5. The prize will be drawn randomly after the Outdoor Adventure Show 2024.  Visit the Outdoor Adventure Show Vancouver website. The winner will be notified by email.
6. The prize is not transferrable to another person or for cash or other prize. 
7. The prize is a cycling holiday, featuring a 5 night / 6 day cycling holiday with Adventure South and 3 night 3 day cycling holiday with Bike It Now!  The prize must be redeemed together.  
8. All prizes are subject to availability at time of booking and cannot be redeemed during New Zealand public holidays and must be booked at least 6 months before travel.   Prize is valid until 30th November 2025.  Blackout dates for travel 15th Dec 2024 - 31st January 2024.
9. Employees of NZCT Inc/Air New Zealand plus any other contributing partners, including prize sponsors are not eligible to enter.  
10. The winner plus one, must have a valid passport to travel to New Zealand.  
11. Neither the NZCT or Air New Zealand nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for NZCT Inc. and Air New Zealand to use the winner’s details and any photographs for promotional and media purposes without any further reference if required.
13. The NZCT's decision regarding the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Contact details must be provided to be eligible to enter and you must have opted in to hear from the NZCT.
15. The winner plus one must have their own travel and medical insurance before traveling to redeem this prize.
