My riding buddy is my 14yr old son Myles who I can just keep up with, (I'm 54) we have ridden the Old Coach Road trail twice now, once last year in the middle of winter, a wet / cold day for which the spectacular scenery made up for the weather. And again this year where we stayed in Ohakune the night, it's well worth the 4hr car trip to go ride this trail and we are going to make this a yearly ride as we enjoyed it so much.
